Martin Blais’s bilingual personal website brings projects, training, video reels, audio and articles together in a professional portfolio. It gives visitors a sense of his work as an actor while keeping essential casting information within easy reach.
A portfolio built around a career
The site runs on WordPress with a custom theme and purpose-built modules. French and English versions are connected through Polylang, allowing the content to grow within a consistent design.
At the centre of the project, the custom mbimCV module turns the acting résumé into an interactive resource. Credits are organised by section and can include descriptions, photos, clips and links to individual projects. A dedicated print and PDF layout complements the on-screen experience.
What this approach makes possible
Visitors can find the essentials quickly, then explore the work in more detail. The same approach suits artists, creators and professionals whose work benefits from being seen as well as described.
